1. Introduction
Welcome to Axion (“we,” “our,” or “us”), an educational platform developed by CΩergy that leverages artificial intelligence, gamification, and interactive tools to enhance science learning. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Axion’s website, services, and content (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using Axion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use Axion, you must create an account using accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. If you are under the age of 18, you may use Axion only with parental consent, teacher supervision, or authorization from your institution.

You must not: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other users’ accounts, or its underlying systems; Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform; Use automated tools, bots, or scraping technologies without prior authorization; or Upload or share any material that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
We may monitor platform activity to ensure compliance with these Terms and to maintain service integrity.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials on Axion — including text, graphics, code, software, and interactive content — are owned by or licensed to CΩergy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the Platform solely for educational purposes.
Except where explicitly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on Axion without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in account termination or legal action.
5. User Content
Certain features of the Platform may allow you to submit or share content, such as notes, feedback, or creative materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Axion a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and process it for educational, operational, or promotional purposes consistent with this Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms.
6. AI-Generated or Interactive Content
Some features of Axion may involve the use of AI-generated responses or adaptive educational content. While we strive for accuracy, such content is provided for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as professional or authoritative advice. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of AI-generated material.
7. Service Availability and Modifications
We aim to provide continuous and reliable access to Axion but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, improvements, or technical reasons.
CΩergy shall not be liable for any loss, interruption, or damage resulting from such modifications or downtime, provided that reasonable efforts are made to minimize disruption.

Axion may contain links or integrations with third-party services, such as embedded videos, external educational materials, or analytics tools. We do not control or endorse such third-party content and are not responsible for their accuracy, security, or privacy practices. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CΩergy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by you for accessing premium services within the preceding twelve months.
The Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CΩergy, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or restrict access to the Platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or act in a manner that may harm the integrity of the service. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases, but relevant provisions of these Terms shall continue to apply as necessary.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may revise or update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The “Last Updated” date above indicates the most recent version. Continued use of Axion after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
